Gaining a deeper sense of your old patterns
You’ve probably already done a lot of work with yourself – maybe through self-help books, therapy or some other kind of holistic work – gaining self-awareness and understanding of your emotions and reasons behind your behaviour. Yet you keep finding yourself in a familiar pattern – keeping parts of yourself hidden and holding back.
Patterns like this run deep. Often what happens is that no matter how much intellectual or mental processing you do, the underlying patterns are still there.
To truly heal, a more holistic approach is needed. One that connects the understanding of how your mind works with the deeper levels of wisdom in your body and heart. And one that releases all the accumulated stress from your body and your nervous system.

- are only interested in voice training and not in exploring the therapeutic aspects of using your own voice
An important note about trauma: In case you have any untreated trauma that tends to affect your sense of security, this program may not be a good fit. You might want to find a trauma therapist first, or talk to me about the possibility of starting music therapy instead. This program has therapeutic qualities, but is not a replacement for therapy.

Supporting your personal journey
The work we do in this program is deeply powerful. And making changes in your life, especially in working with patterns that have often been developed over years, takes time. You can’t make the types of lasting changes to your life that you’re looking for in a single session, or even a few. That’s why this program is designed so I can support you for as long as you need.
This program is structured to give you the time and space you need to learn to access the wisdom of your body and heart and work with yourself, integrating everything that arises along the way. Everyone will move through this process in their own pace. Some weeks you’ll notice immediate insight and relief as you start to integrate the learnings. And, for most people, it takes at least a few months to start seeing lasting changes, such as increased confidence and less daily stress in your life.
Musical mage at your service
I’ve been educating myself in the healing power of sound and music since 2015. I graduated as a music therapist in 2021, and finished my sound healing training from certified sound therapist Merja Valve in 2017. I’ve also completed several shorter courses in different healing instruments and therapeutic use of my own voice.
In addition, I’ve long held an interest in holistic healing. I’ve spent a decade studying and practicing mindfulness and emotional processing, as well as other modalities such as reflexology and NLP.
One of the most important things I’ve discovered through my own personal journey is holding a non-judgemental, compassionate space for my clients to find their own answers. My job is not to direct or teach, it’s to accompany you on a journey of self-discovery.

This program is designed to get you started on your journey of self-discovery and includes:
- Ten 60 minute sessions with me over 5 months, either in person in my premised (Lauttasaari or Kirkkonummi), or online through a video call.
We’ll meet twice a month, and each session may include, depending on your individual situation and needs, any of the following:
- Meditative work to help you calm down your nervous system and listen deeply to yourself and your intuition
- Active musical work including singing & drumming, to help you feel safe and confident in your body and using your voice
- Resonant work where harmonic sound vibrations help you balance your body and mind, strengthen your body connection and find new ways to deal with your emotions
In addition, you’ll receive:
- Personalized exercises
Each time we meet I’ll offer you easy practices you can do at home. These will help you find more spaciousness and connection with yourself wherever you are and will deepen your learning.
- Email support
I’ll be available between sessions via email in case something important comes up, so you don’t have to wait until the next session to get the support you need.
- A recorded meditation
I have recorded a meditation specifically to help you access your sense of self-worth anytime you need a boost of confidence.
The price for the whole program is 750€, payable in one single payment or in five monthly payments of 150€ / month.
